About
I am a graduate from the Danish School of Media and Journalism and the Academy of Professional Higher Education at AARHUS TECH.
The practical experience during the education was done at the Danish news picture agency POLFOTO which at the time was the Reuters office of Denmark.
Since then I have worked most of my time from Brussels as a photojournalist covering EU affairs, sports and news all over Europe. From 1994 to 1999 as head of the Brussels office of the Scandinavian news picture agency Scanpix.
I have a solid experience in photographing political events and has (and still do) covered various meetings with heads of state in the EU and NATO. Furthermore was I appointed official photographer for EU-Presidencies. In the world of sports can be mentioned that I have been covering world championships in football and badminton.
After my employment at Scanpix I co-founded EUP-Images with three other photographers. Later, together with my wife, we established INSPIRIT International Communications where I am responsible for the photographic activities and new media.
