Two minutes was all I got for a photo-session with the new Danish Commissioner, Connie Hedegaard, on her first working day in Brussels.
Two days after she resigned as Minister for the Climate Summit COP15 in Copenhagen Sunday the 20th. December, were she busy building up her future cabinet.
I was asked to make a picture for the Danish Photo Agency Scanpix, but there was not much of a photo in it. I knew I had to write an extended caption which could go with the picture in order to get it published in the Danish newspapers. I asked her a few questions and recorded them, since there was no time to take notes and pictures at the same time.
I had not planned anything else than the photo and the caption, but after the short meeting and listening to her answer I thought it could also become a small “Soundslides” for a WEB-TV. It was published on the Danish daily newspaper, Berlingske Tidende’s website and can been seen here: http://www.berlingske.dk/webtv/99/7168
