“Our modus operandi: If there is no existing solution, we find one!”
TUULI SAUREN Creative Director & Leadership, Innovation, Strategist

Tuuli Sauren, Creative and Art Director, is the founder of INSPIRIT International Communications and its Sustainable Design and Promotion Group.

“There isn’t anything I can’t do, if I really want to” has been her motto throughout her life. Determination to reach the goal and finding new solutions to get there is her modus operendi. She started her career at McCann-Erickson in Helsinki, Finland as an assistant to art director, quickly climbing the ladder to become one of the most sought-after art directors.

During the agency years her clients included Coca-Cola, Esso, and Sportia, as well as many clients in the fashion industry and business-to-business sector. Restless in the traditional hierarchical style agency, with too many layers between her and the client, Tuuli wanted to make a change from being employed to being an independent Art and Creative Director. After working with other agencies, Tuuli broke out on her own and became a Freelance Creative in Holland, including work with and with J. Walter Thompson.

In the early 90s she moved to Brussels and established her own freelance brand, INSPIRIT International Advertising. She continued her work as an art director and designer for clients including the European Free Trade Association, EFTA Court, Global Reporting Initiative, World Health Organization, International Catholic Migration Commission, International Fund for Agricultural Development, Boole & Babbage Europe and many other international organizations.

INSPIRIT International Communications was born in 2005. Its ‘There is a solution to everything’, motto helped attract and retain long-lasting client relationships.

Tuuli has served as an Juror at ico-D (International Council of Design) Sustainability Standard. In Spring 2015 she launched Sustainable Designers Initiative (SDI), an initiative of INSPIRIT International Communication and Sustainable Design and Promotion Group, a group of professional working towards the same goal for Social Impact.

She has a passion for Animal and Human Rights issues, Horses and human intellect.
